i was having insomnia yest.
slept at 3am.
i suppose that with bio notes,
i shud have fallen asleep very soon.
but things were not getting well as i tot..
i stared at the notes til 3am,
yet my lesson for today was 9am.
meaning that the wake up time was 7am.
lol~

the other thing was that i drank too much yogurt drink yest.
wat ended up was i kept going toilet yest and today.
sigh~ appetite also decreased..
fortunately, after lunch it was getting better.

sis is under lots of stress currently.
but i cannot do anything for her.
and mum never understand her..
how?
wat i can do is pray that she can overcome those obstacles..
pray that everything will be alright..
pray that mum can be more hardworking in doing household chores!!
