morning shift today. not so busy as most of the patients are ambulate.
well, today is only the 2nd day and i kena scolded!!
i was asked to label the date of every patient's drip's site (i wasn't the one who set) because there were someone came and checked. well, not only me was told. then i forgot about it as i was busy too, and after that the staff nurse scolded me as i never wrote down the date, they kena caught because of the no-date-drip site. but the problem was they never updated the case note.
the staff nurses were busy like ghost, who should i approached? how i know the persons were come to check? today was only my 2nd day in the ward!!!!
then after that incident, that particular staff nurse gave me that kind of face.. =_=" when wanna off duty, i informed the staff nurse yet nothing was responded.
i mean wth is it?
when the sister asked me to do that thing, she told the sister she can do it. the sister told the patients care assistant and one of my colleagues too. then in the end, i kena??
well, no explanation was needed as they'll only say u're argumentative.
i could only apologized.
hmm.. never mind. this posting is not one of the modules. so i won't be graded for it. either pass or fail.
they also cannot tell the lecturer that i didn't label the date as i'm only year one, i haven't learned on plug and drip yet. so i'm not the one who never date the drip site. but who knows they'll say about other things?
