presentations were all cleared!! but final exams are coming soon. cleared 3 modules out of 7. left 4 more. so the first exam starts on 16/8/07. pretty soon. -stress-

i've been eating snacks too much for the past few days. see lah.. that's the result of stress. itchy mouth.

today is Nurses' Day!! yeah~ happy nurses' day. though i dun really care about it. lol

and talking about HIV & AIDS. it's confirmed that it won't be spearing through insects. e.g. mosquitoes, the mosquito which bite the HIV infected person previously has to bite another non-HIV person for 200 times then only u'll get HIV. who will get bite by the same mosquito for 200 times lah? funny.

k lah, that's all for now. i'll blog if there is interesting event happens which i doubt so. haha..

eat fruits and drink water to prevent constipation. yeah!! lol
exercise 3 times per week for at least half an hour. (which i dun do it, haha)
